Legal notes (read before signing)
Sample only. Under Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 s.76 a consumer may make a written complaint. Section 60 is commonly discussed as requiring filing within 30 days of the cause of action. If a fine is realised after a proven complaint, 25% to the complainant is often discussed under s.76. This is not a court plaint—seek an advocate for serious harm.
