How to use this template
1) State whether general / special / irrevocable. 2) Fill full identities of donor and attorney; leave photo spaces. 3) List only the powers you intend to grant. 4) For land/flat, complete the schedule (mouza, khatian, dag, etc.). 5) Confirm stamp, notary/sub-registry, and (if abroad) embassy–MOFA steps with counsel/authority. 6) This is NOT a substitute for official Schedule-Ka Form-03 — missions/registries may require that format.
Legal notes (read before signing)
Sample only. Bangladesh practice commonly follows Schedule-Ka, Form No. 03 (Gazette 23 July 2015). Sale/mortgage/development powers may engage Registration Act issues (including discussions of s.52A). Irrevocable PoAs are often said to require registration. Execution abroad typically needs mission attestation and MoFA counter-attestation. Attach photos, thumb impressions, affidavit where required, and title papers (khatian/mutation).
